The Strength to Persevere: Matt Williams

Matt Williams is an accomplished and respected fitness performance trainer and strength coach in South Florida. He is also the founder of , an amazing line of healthy and affordable bite-size protein bars.

The road to Williams’ success was not an easy one. He was challenged with overcoming the loss of his father and dealing with the consequences of poor decision making. Nevertheless, he was able to channel his inner strength, with 外汇交易平台 the help of an amazing support system, and become a catalyst of change for others. We’re inspired by Williams’ drive to empower others to be their best selves every day. We sat down with him to learn about what fuels him.

1. Define Strength: inner and outer.

Try to be the best version of yourself every day, spiritually, emotionally and physically.


2.  Do you believe there is a correlation between inner and outer strength?

Definitely, your inner strength helps to create a solid foundation to build up your outer strength. 


3.  What fuels/drives your inner strength?

My family, they have been there for me through all the highs and lows. I love to watch people succeed and overcome something they thought was impossible. 


4. What specific instance/event/roadblock in your life has caused you to call upon your inner strength?

There have been many… From the loss of my father to losing everything I thought was important in my life because of poor decisions. 


5. How has your inner strength shaped the person that you are today?

My strength has given me a second chance… I have a beautiful wife, started my own company (), get to work with amazing clients and people, and I am able to help others find their strength, both inner and outer. 


6. What advice can you give others who are struggling to find their inner strength?

Create a solid foundation for yourself (it’s unique and different for every person), and replicate the same by creating a routine to maintain a healthy balance. Also try to avoid fear-based thinking, put aside your ego and recognize and learn from mistakes… we are all human, we all make mistakes.


7. Who/what helps you keep a positive outlook/attitude?

Most importantly, my amazing wife and my family. Keeping a journal, regrouping, meditation, reflection and sharing my strength with others have helped me to keep a positive outlook/attitude in every facet of my life.
