Super Yummy Vegan Burger Recipe!

Memorial Day weekend is almost here, which means it’s time to break out the grill and cook up some delicious food. For those who would like to partake in the eating festivities without veering from the healthy lifestyle you’ve worked so hard to maintain, you’re in luck! We have the perfect vegan burger recipe, that’s absolutely scrumptious.




1/2 head cauliflower, steamed

1 small head of broccoli, steamed

1 sweet potato, cooked

1/4 cup black rice, cooked

2 tbsp coconut flour

2 tsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp cayenne

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp nutritional yeast


Chop the steamed cauliflower and broccoli and place in a large mixing bowl. Smash the cooked sweet potato in separate mixing bowl and then mix into the cauliflower and broccoli. Add seasoning powders, then black rice and coconut flour and 1 tsp coconut oil. Mix and knead until it’s ready to form phentermine into patties. In a large skillet, on medium heat, add 1 tsp coconut oil until melted thin, next add your formed patties. Keep on the heated skillet for up to 5 minutes per side. Eat as is, or place in refrigerator to solidify and form. Place between your favorite bun, collard greens, or eat on top of a salad!
