1. Peanut Butter, Banana and Honey Sandwich

Prepare with whole grain bread, organic peanut butter or almond butter, banana and raw honey.

2. Ants on a Log

Celery, organic peanut butter and raisins are the perfect way to get kids to eat healthy in a fun way.

3. English Muffins Pizza

Have some fun with a homemade build-your-own pizza kit! Use a multi-compartment pyrex container to separate the whole grain English muffins, organic or vegan cheese, veggie toppings and tomato sauce.

4. Chocolate Almond Milk

This is an awesomely tasty dairy-free beverage option that is available in single serve paper containers with straws.

5. Flavored Coconut Water

This is a great substitute for fruit juices and other beverages high in sugar that will keep your kid’s taste buds satisfied.

6. Fruit Cups

Apples, bananas, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, pineapple, etc. are all nature’s candy. Slice their favorite fruit in little bit size pieces and make your own homemade fruit cups. Tip: squeeze a little lime into the container to keep the fruit from browning.
