Eat Green this St. Patrick’s Day!

St. Patrick’s day is normally associated with hardy stews, lots of beer and corned beef & cabbage. Let’s break tradition this year and literally go green. Here are some guilt-free green munchies to keep you feeling healthy and happy during this festive holiday.

Snacks:

– Heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers with artichoke garlic yogurt dressing.

– Sliced granny smith apples go great with almond butter or cheese.

– Kiwi is a refreshing tropical treat, one of Mother Nature’s best sweets.

– Avocado is a naturally creamy and delicious. They taste great in just about everything… smoothies, salads, sauces and dips to name a few.

– Get down on some Kale and Chia Chips with a light dusting of chili lime spices. These scrumptious chips are high in antioxidants, vitamin A & C and gluten free. Not to mention, they are amazing with fresh avocado!
