It seems like there are more and more choices for exercise popping up around the country – yoga, pilates, fusion classes, circuit training, group fitness, one-on-ones, dance, barre, spinning – just writing them all down in exhausting! By the time you research all of the different options, it’s hard to motivate yourself to actually go to the class. We’ve rounded up our favorite studios in California, New York and Florida to help simplify the process and kick that New Year’s resolution into high gear!
