Anti-Allergy Cleansing Smoothie

Adding ingredients to your smoothie that have antioxidant, hydrating and flushing properties will help to reduce the build-up of allergens in your body that cause symptoms associated with allergies. By regularly cleansing and detoxifying, the body’s immune system will strengthen, therefore you’ll be less likely to develop these symptoms.





Makes 24oz smoothie

1 cup papaya

1/2 of a lime

A handful of dandelion greens

1/2 cucumber

1/4 cup raspberries

1/2 pear (bosc)

1/4 cup blueberries

1 teaspoon bee pollen

16oz coconut water



– Papaya is packed with enzymes that promote a healthy breakdown of food that help with the digestive process.

– Lime is a great antioxidant, as well as a tasty natural flavor enhancer for food or drink.
