Myrrh Essential Oil {Commiphora Myrrha}:

This essential oil has analgesic, antibacterial, antiseptic, expectorant and mucolytic-therapeutic properties. It’s great for treating coughs, colds, congestion and flu.

Put 15-18 drops in an oil or cream (1oz) and rub on your chest to break up any infection/congestion.

 

Eucalyptus Essential Oil {Eucalyptus Globulus}:

Eucalyptus helps fight contaminants, while uplifting, cooling and cleansing the mind and body.
