This essential oil is cleansing for the whole body and uplifting for the mind. It assists in elimination of waste products via the lymphatic system. It also helps to relieve fluid retention.
This floral, woody scent is great to use in a diffuser. It’s also great to use in the bath: add a few drops of geranium to an ounce of milk and then add to your bath.
Carrot Seed essential oil is nourishing for the liver.
It is especially detoxifying and nourishing when combined with Lemon and Sandalwood in a cream. Add 10 drops of Carrot Seed, 4 drops of Lemon and 4 drops of Sandalwood essential oil to 1 oz of unscented lotion.
