10 Tips to Get the Most Out of Study Time

Studying can be grueling, time-consuming and a bit stressful if you don’t properly prepare yourself. Here are some great tips to help you get the most out of your study time.

 

 

1. Create a checklist

Writing down what you need to accomplish is a great way to manage your time efficiently, while keeping tabs on the tasks at hand.

2. Plan ahead

Usually at the beginning of the semester, your professors will provide a syllabus outlining exams, essay due dates, etc. Marking these important dates in your planner or on your calendar is a great way to avoid any surprises.

3. Don’t cram

Pulling an all-nighter for an exam or trying to finish a 15-page essay in a day is never a fun task. It leaves you feeling 嘉盛外汇 stressed, sleep deprived and isn’t the best way to retain information. Make sure to study ahead of time and avoid a headache.

4. Hydrate and fuel your body with the proper foods

10. Remember to take breaks

Your brain can only absorb so much information at once, remember to take small breaks, eat, stretch, listen to music, do some yoga or chat with friends to give your mind a rest.
